Ordering images
All requests for full-size images must be accompanied with details of your proposed terms and payment, together with an order reference.
Images can be dispatched by email or on CD
Format
All pictures are available as digital images only.
Resolution varies, but is generally at least 3072 x 2048 px
Rates are based on NUJ guidelines for Stock Pictures. All prices in pounds sterling. All stock picture rates are for single print use - additional fees are payable for web use

Copyright and outline licence terms

Copyright remains with the photographer in all cases.

You must inform us of your proposals as to when and how each image is to be used.

No reproduction rights are granted by delivery of images unless expressly indicated.

Reproduction before payment of the invoice or outside the terms of any license constitutes an infringement of copyright and a breach of agreement

We make no claim or warranty with regard to your use of content, names, text, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any image and you will indemnify us in respect of any claims, damages, costs or expenses we incur arising from the use of any image supplied to you.

Reproduction rights are subject to these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions agreed.

Rights are non-exclusive rights for single use only in the United Kingdom. A single use means a reproduction in one size for one edition of a single publication, published in one language only.

You must credit the copyright holder as specified by us every time an image is used. Failure to do this will incur a penalty of an additional 50% of the original license fee

Images shall not be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without our prior written consent.

You must provide us on publication with at least one complimentary copy of any publication in which the reproduction of the image appears.

Payment terms – within 30 days of invoice.
